Virtual /Online
Consultations
Telehealth consultations are a fantastic option! They’re convenient and also allow me to see you moving in your own space. Virtual visits help us focus on the most crucial aspects of your care, including movement, discussion, and empowering you with your own tools. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a camera and microphone, and an internet connection.

Pessary Fitting
A Pessary is like a sports bra...for your pelvis! Pessaries are internal support devices made of medical-grade silicone, used to treat Pelvic Organ Prolapse and/or Stress Urinary Incontinence. They can be a game changer for many, immediately reducing or eliminating symptoms. Click here to learn more about pessaries and fitting.
Terri Robertson Elder is one of the few pelvic physios in the region offering this service. She has undergone extensive advanced training in pessary fitting and is a pessary lab instructor for Women's Health Training Associates and Pelvic Health Solutions.
Wondering if a pessary may help you? A great first step is a 30-minute virtual consultation, or if you would like a more in-depth discussion and individualized guidance, schedule an In-Clinic PT Evaluation.

Mobile Sessions
Prefer I come to you? Depending on your needs, we can meet at your home, a nearby park, or gym within a 15-mile radius of downtown Brevard, NC. This option is ideal for post-operative care, early postpartum recovery, those who are immunocompromised, or for sport-specific training. I prioritize safety by wearing a mask (if you prefer) and sanitizing all equipment before and after each use. Kids and pets are welcome during mobile visits!
